 The StarFlow multiphase pump is a twin or multiple screw system capable of handling dry gas or long slugs of liquids. It has a modular design with full wellhead pressure rating and full bore configuration. The modular design allows for the power section to be interchanged between electric, hydraulic or internal combustion drives. The StarFlow multiphase pump can be installed on the wellhead, on the casing line or on the flow line to lower the wellhead pressure and boost the flow line pressure. |
 Individual installations of small size StarFlow multiphase pumps will allow each well's production to be optimized at all times, without undue influence from pressure surges in the flow line. Producing the gas without the need for a separate flowline will provide significant savings and will reduce the need for additional facilities like pipelines, gas separators, in line pumps and/or the amount of diluents for heavy oil production. Due to its simple installation and compact size, the StarFlow multiphase pump can be used for on land, offshore or subsea applications. |
